Hurricane: inspired by Latin American music, Zumba involves elements of both aerobics and dance and incorporates music from a variety of dance styles, including salsa, mambo, samba, hip-hop, and tango. Zumba is an excellent choice for men and women of all ages, particularly those who like to dance, have fun, and socialize.
Potentiation: developed by physical-culturist, Joseph Pilates, Pilates involves controlled movements and specialized equipment. When performed regularly, Pilates can improve strength, flexibility, coordination, posture, and mental discipline. Pilates’ classes are a suitable option for those who wish to get a full body and mind workout.
Strength Circuits: more commonly referred to by its trademark name, “spinning,” cycling is a high-intensity class, which involves pedaling on a stationary bike at varying levels of resistance. Cycling is low-impact and a great alternative to high-impact exercises, such as running.
